Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with K Beauty Lab! We value your satisfaction and want to ensure you have a seamless experience with our products. Please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

 


Refund & Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind
  • Damages due to improper care or handling
  • Slight color differences caused by lighting variations or screen resolutions
  • Minor defects such as packaging damage that does not affect product use
  • Small scratches, slight stains, asymmetry, or misalignment on packaging
  • Any similar circumstances that do not affect product use or safety

All service packages and treatment programs are non-refundable and non-transferable once initiated.

In the event of a product defect that affects usability, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photo documentation for review.

If your item is defective or incorrect, please see the relevant sections below for assistance.

 


 

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 14 business days of receiving your order (based on tracking information). Send an email to kbeautylabspa@gmail.com with:

  • A clear photo or video of the received items
  • A photo of the exterior packaging (including any shipping labels)
  • Your order number

We will assess the issue and provide a return label (if applicable) and send a replacement if necessary.

Eligible defects for replacement include: Bottle leakage & Expired products

Non-eligible issues include: Minor packaging defects (e.g., small dents, box damage) or slight color variations due to lighting or screen differences

 


 

Missing Packages & Delivery Issues

If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please:

Check with neighbors, family members, or building management

Contact your local postal service to locate the package

Please note *Once your package has shipped, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. We are also not responsible for undelivered or misdelivered packages due to incomplete addresses provided by the buyer, if the package is returned back to us, recipient will need to pay for the shipping fee to resend. If the buyer decides they do not want to reship, a shipping fee will be deducted from the refund total to cover the shipping fee we originally sent out. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 


 

Refund Policy

Order Has Not Been Shipped

If you purchased an order and your order has not yet been shipped, we may process a full or partial refund. However, please note that a refund processing fee applies, as imposed by payment platform.

K Beauty Lab does not collect these fees, and we encourage customers to double-check their order details before submitting.

Order Has Been Shipped

Once an order has been processed and shipped, we do not provide refunds unless the product is defective (refer to the “Defective Items” section above).

In order to be eligible for a refund, the product must be shipped back to us and received by us. Shipping costs are not the responsibility of K Beauty Lab. Once the product has been received, the refund will be issued, excluding the original shipping fee and any other fees withheld by Shopify. Please note that K Beauty Lab does not receive these fees.

Refunds take 5-10 business days to be returned based on the payment method provided.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer any exchanges on items purchased or shipped.
