Shipping policy
Shipping Policy K Beauty Lab Spa is located in Houston, Texas, and we proudly ship our products within the United States. We use UPS to ensure reliable and efficient delivery to our customers.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Processing Time: All orders will be processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Options & Rates: Economy Shipping (5–8 business days): Complimentary for orders of $80 and above (before tax and after discounts). Orders under $80 will incur a shipping fee based on weight and destination, calculated at checkout. Standard Shipping (3–4 business days): Available for an additional cost, based on weight and location. Rates are shown at checkout. P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses: We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.
Tracking & Delivery Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent. Please allow 2–3 business days for tracking updates. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by UPS.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages Please note: Once your package has shipped, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. We are also not responsible for undelivered or misdelivered packages due to incomplete addresses provided by the buyer. If the package is returned to us, the recipient will need to pay the shipping fee to resend. If the buyer decides they do not want to reship, the original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund total. Additional credit card fees are non-refundable.
Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please email us with photos of the item and packaging within 14 business days of delivery. View Return Policy.
Stolen Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but not received, check with neighbors or your local UPS location. We are not responsible for stolen packages.
Multiple Shipments & Environmental Responsibility We are unable to ship to multiple addresses in a single order. A separate order for each address is required. Depending on item availability, multiple shipments may be sent by K Beauty Lab. An email notification and tracking number will be sent once items are shipped. No additional shipping fee will be incurred. Likewise, K Beauty Lab may combine multiple orders into one single shipment.
K Beauty Lab supports environmental responsibility. Your package may be sent in a recycled cardboard box. Rest assured, all skincare products are new and unused.
U.S. Holidays & Business Days Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed Saturday–Sunday will ship within 1–3 business days. Shipping times do not include processing time. Sales Tax We collect sales tax in accordance with the tax laws and regulations mandated by each state. Sales tax, if applicable, will be reflected in your cart at checkout.
